Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Bin Store team. This role involves assisting customers with card payments, conducting product inspections, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Process card payments quickly and accurately using a POS system
Inspect items for quality and confirm pricing prior to checkout
Answer customer questions and resolve issues or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end and checkout areas
Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety standards
Support the team with light stocking or organizing as needed
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Must be comfortable handling card transactions and using a register or POS system
Strong attention to detail for product inspection
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screen
