As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding service to clients, responding to their needs, and ensuring their  experience is seamless. You'll work closely with the team to deliver results that help both the agency and its customers thrive.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle office administration and build strong client relationships by:

  • Client Care & Support: Answer incoming phone calls, address account inquiries, and provide friendly, professional assistance to local clients.

  • Account Administration: Set up new files, issue account documentation, manage payments, and handle basic receptionist duties.

  • Data Entry & Tracking: Process paperwork, key in account updates, and diligently follow up on ongoing client requests.

  • Client Engagement: Send welcome letters, follow up on referrals, and introduce clients to additional services that fit their needs.
What You'll Bring

  • Experience & Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and previous customer service or office experience.
