What You Will Do:
Provide professional customer service by receiving inbound calls and assisting customers with orders, returns, shipments, and warranty requests
Enter customer orders into the system and review prior orders to validate accuracy
Coordinate orders and quotes with outside sales representatives
Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) for warranty items, incorrect shipments, or returns for credit
Gather specifications and pricing information to prepare accurate quotations
Review order specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements
Coordinate warranty claims with Engineering for review and resolution
Make outbound calls within assigned territories to follow up on inquiries and support sales growth
Solicit freight quotes and return customer calls promptly
Handle customer complaints professionally and deliver strong customer service solutions
This position plays a key role in maintaining organized order flow while delivering high-level customer service support to internal teams and external customers.
