Start date: 6/1/26Job Description: Customer Service Financial Representative – New Business Advisory Hybrid role supporting the New Business Advisory team with pending transfer applications Responsibilities include making outbound follow-up calls for transfer status updates, responding to basic customer emails, uploading documentation into processing systems, and answering internal chat inquiries Additional workflow tasks may be assigned as needed. Requirements: High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred Strong communication skills, ability to multitask across multiple systems, attention to detail, and technical proficiency are essential.
