Our growing Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a licensed Customer Service Representative who is dependable, organized, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a motivated professional who can work independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Salary Range: $20.00 per month
Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage reviews
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and text communication
Process endorsements, payments, and policy updates accurately and efficiently
Support clients with basic claims assistance and follow-up
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate
Maintain organized and detailed customer records in agency systems
Follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Help support agency retention and customer satisfaction goals
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and agency procedures
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
Previous insurance customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, agency management systems, and technology
Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working in a hybrid in-office/remote role
Farmers Insurance experience is a plus but not required
