We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our team part-time, starting with 2 days per week.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with product or service questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Record interactions accurately and maintain customer information.
- Provide professional and courteous support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), strong communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred, and availability for the temporary assignment.
Location is Mt. Vernon. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour.
