Human Castle is supporting a global capital equipment manufacturing company in the acquisition of a Customer Service Engineer. This exciting role is a permanent-hire position which comes with one of the best benefits packages in the area and includes dual yearly bonuses.
Key Details:
- Coordinate/support repairs and services of capital equipment valued in the multi-millions of dollars
- Execute expertise on equipment and maintain vendor relationships
- Spearhead equipment rebuild/refurbishment activities for clients
- Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Managers
- USE SAP to manage projects, materials, parts and more
- Support global Customer Service teams
- Support Business Development and Sales teams
- Leading or supporting capital equipment upgrade projects
- Handle warranty processing
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or related
- 2 years of experience in Engineering related field
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
- Experience supporting customers and clients
