The Role


We’re looking for a rock star Customer Service Dispatcher & Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.


What You’ll Do


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Service Titan experience
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
  • Coordinate daily job calendars and adjust in real-time as needed
  • Support sales efforts by following up with leads and assisting with estimates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
What We’re Looking For


  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred
  • Sales support or coordination experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/CRM software
