Best Plumber is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatcher to help keep our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our operations running smoothly. This position plays a critical role in managing the service board, coordinating schedules, and supporting both our field and office teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily service board and technician schedules.
  • Assign calls using the Right Tech, Right Call philosophy.
  • Monitor technician progress and make real-time schedule adjustments.
  • Communicate with customers regarding arrivals, delays, and scheduling updates.
  • Prioritize emergency calls and revenue opportunities.
  • Support the CSR team by assisting with inbound booking calls during high call volume and overflow periods.
  • Maintain accurate job records and workflow completion in ServiceTitan.
  • Prepare the schedule for the following day to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Previous dispatching experience preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries is a plus.
