Quick Overview:

Pay: Earn up to $28 per hour

Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday

Your Role As an Customer Service Coordinator - Trade Office:

  • You'll manage customer communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure excellent service from first contact to follow-up
  • Manage incoming leads from various channels (Google, Thumbtack, Angi, phone calls, texts, chats)
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and book service appointments
  • Schedule appointments in ServiceTitan and make confirmation calls for the next day's appointments
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule maintenance and recurring services
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details in ServiceTitan
  • Monitor multiple communication channels while ensuring timely responses
  • Organize follow-ups and manage the office email inbox
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable booking and rebooking appointments, and guiding customers through decisions
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using scheduling and office software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Must have plumbing/heating/ AC for office work, NO MEDICAL or DENTAL background
