An established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator / Order Processing Specialist to join its Customer Service team at its Minneapolis-area facility. This role plays a key part in supporting customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, and contributing to a seamless customer experience from order intake through fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to account coordinators, customers, and internal departments
Prepare and distribute detailed reports to support internal teams and customer needs
Collect, organize, file, and maintain customer and operational data
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry related to customer orders
Create, update, and maintain departmental documentation and records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support consistent, high-quality customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and analytical thinking
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working with diverse personalities
Education & Experience
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: 1+ years of previous print industry experience in a customer service or customer-focused role
Preferred: College degree
Nice to Have: Experience in a manufacturing or printing-related environment
Additional Details
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% onsite)
