As ourCustomer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of Half Moon Plumbing and the voice customers remember. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.
This is more than a customer service role. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping customers solve problems and get the service they need. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive here.
No plumbing experience is required. We'll train the right person.
