The Customer Service Coordinator manages quoting, order entry, and order processing for a portfolio of 150+ accounts, including aerospace, defense, and international clients. They handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, create RMAs, and assist with expediting requests in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $26-$29/hour, 1st shift.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (AS degree preferred), 3-5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. The role demands a positive, service-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting while maintaining professionalism and tact.
