Customer Service Coordinator Summary of Customer Service Coordinator We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Broward operations team office. This position involves providing a full range of administrative and office management support. Must have an outgoing personality and not be afraid to take charge. Candidates must be detail-oriented and can effectively multitask responsibilities while working with frequent deadlines (s) in a fast-paced environment. Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications
Administrative Responsibilities: - Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions, including answering phone calls and providing information to visitors and clients.
Additional responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include: - Providing support for multiple projects
- Answering phone calls/emails from customers 24/7
- Recording and filing important emails/documents
- Working alongside subcontractors
- Monthly Reports for Operations & Maintenance
- Customer Service Logs- Recording all customer inquiries and submitting weekly & monthly reports.
- Press Release weekly.
- Additional duties as requested by your manager.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills - Minimum of 2 years administrative experience t
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Strong organizational skills within an office environment
- Excellent time management skills and understanding of project deadlines.
