Position Summary

The Senior Customer Service Coordinator will assist Automotive Industrial & Electronics Assembly Customer Service in order management, while portraying the Parker Lord brand personality. The incumbent will also provide support to the AIEA Customer Service team for tactical functions of managing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Timely review and accurate entry of customer orders, sample requests, and quotations.
  • Provide a timely response, both verbal and written, to customer requests for information and order status.
  • Close the dispute management process with the creation of debits/credits.
  • Prepares Master Data documentation for new and existing customer accounts.
  • Identifies, supports, and implements on-going system and process improvements, with a focus on order management improvements.
  • Responds to staff requests for administrative support as needed and performing other duties and responsibilities as requested.
  • Embody the Parker Lord brand internally and externally in all communications.
  • Provide back-up support for Customer Service Representatives as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to think critically and analyze data in an objective manner.

Experience

Required:

  • AA Degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience OR 3 years relevant work experience OR relevant 4 year degree

Preferred:

  • SAP experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.

Languages

Required:

  • English

Preferred:

  • Additional languages are helpful, but not required.
