Customer Service Coordinator (Student Services Program Coordinator II), Salary: $44,296 - $54,263 per year, USCA Admissions
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for daily management of the service the Admissions Office provides prospective students and their families. This individual plays a critical role in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by serving as the first point of contact for all prospective students and applicants counseling them through the application and enrollment process. This individual will also supervise Admissions Office student workers, which includes hiring, training, scheduling staff, and assessment. Serving in a counseling role, this individual will meet with prospective students and families to provide guidance and positively impact the enrollment process. This individual will be required to work effectively as a member of a team and coordinates recruitment, training, and supervision of student staff. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials: Must have a valid driver's license. Preferred: Experience supervising students in a large team environment is a plus.
