Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Warehouse or logistics office experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Email)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Willing to train motivated candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel
- Process customer orders and shipping documentation
- Enter accurate information into the computer system
- Assist with daily logistics operations and problem resolution
Customer Service Representative (Logistics)
Cerritos, CA
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
