Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Road is expanding our Front of House Team to our OFF-SITE location at Northside Hospital! This role focuses on customer service, cashiering, order accuracy, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Shift Availability:
• - Evening availability 2:00 pm-9:00 pm at the minimum.
• Part-Time Availability: 2-3 days per week
• Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Work in various Front of House areas including front counter, drive-thru, dining room hospitality, and mobile order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Follow Chick-fil-A operational standards and food safety procedures.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
