Duties and Requirements:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Enter and manage orders using SAP or similar ERP software
Track production timelines and proactively update customers
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounting) to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, or billing
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service
Must have experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
