Looking for a caring, professional Customer Service Representative to join a well-established insurance agency in Camas, WA. This role focuses on providing excellent customer care, building relationships, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Establish and follow up on customer relationships
- Provide prompt, friendly service, addressing inquiries about policies, claims, and billing
- Use a needs-based approach to educate customers on insurance options
