We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Colorado Springs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers by answering questions, processing orders, and providing excellent support over the phone and through email.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Pay: $15.16/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Process customer orders and update account information
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service while following company procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience:
