    Job Summary

    Position is located in Denton, TX 76207.

    10% Domestic and international travel required.

    Telecommuting permitted up to 2-3 days.

    Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

    What you will do

    As a Customer Service Business Expert, you will:

    Ensure that Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) processes and tools are executed per our global standards. Drive consistency of the OFPM processes within customer service area. Train the team members and implement new processes or process changes. Raise awareness of gaps (with examples) in the current process to the central organization. Troubleshoot system issues/errors. Provide training in the functionality of available tools/systems. Propose system improvements to better serve the team and customers. Execute the order management process and secure the supply chain for Planned Maintenance (PM) / Autonomous Maintenance (AM) order fulfillment, including overseeing order management, design, administration, invoicing, claim administration, and logistics. Collaborate with internal functions such as planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, and technical service. Drive the operational execution of New Product Development. Improve World Class Manufacturing activities from the customer perspective. Focus on key performance indicators via the customer dashboard.

    We believe you have

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in customer account management.

    Must also have work experience in:

    1. Automation and data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Python, SAP scripting, and Microsoft Excel Visual Basic;

    2. Troubleshooting system issues without guidance;

    3. System platforms, including SAP, SalesForce, and Business Objects;

    4. Delivering content to diverse audiences - particularly large Customer Service teams - using adaptable communication strategies to ensure clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention of training material;

    5. Coaching and training others to create automation solutions; and

    6. World Class Manufacturing Methodology.
