Assists the Team Leader in daily operations such as cash handling, merchandising, expense control, and regulatory compliance, while leading and developing Team Members.
Ensures excellent customer service, maintains high retail standards, and supports store programs and initiatives.
Manages team performance, resolves issues, and provides coaching and performance evaluations.
Fosters a positive team environment, promotes safety and food safety regulations, and responds to customer needs promptly.
Requires retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and product knowledge skills, and physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and working in cold/wet environments.
