Adecco Healthcare is hiring a Remote Customer Service Associate for our client in Roseville, CA! Candidates MUST reside in PST!


Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


40 Hours per Week


$30-$32+ per Hour


As a Customer Service Associate you'll assist patients with billing-related questions.


What You'll Do


Review and release self-pay statements


Process charity applications


Handle subpoenas and correspondence


Process mail


Perform data entry of new claims


Answer phones - pleasantly and promptly


Routes calls appropriately or take complete messages


Perform other job-related duties as assigned


What We're Looking For


Preferred Qualifications


HS Diploma or GED


Strong customer service and communication skills


Preferred Credentials


Associates degree or Technical degree

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
