This role is responsible for assisting clients with service inquiries, scheduling moving appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking through move completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding moving services
- Schedule residential and commercial moving appointments
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and service options
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews

- Support daily office and customer service operations
