Summary:



Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to support payroll operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing timely assistance with timesheets, payroll inquiries, and onboarding-related support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:




+ Monitor and manage payroll-related inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to employee inquiries

+ Provide customer service support to employees regarding payroll processes, policies, and timekeeping systems

+ Assist new hires with timesheet completion, system navigation, and understanding payroll procedures

+ Review daily timekeeping reports to identify missing or incomplete timesheets

+ Proactively follow up with employees and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate timesheet submission

+ Maintain accurate records of communications and issue resolution within internal systems

+ Support payroll team with administrative tasks and process improvements as needed

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:




+ Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

+ Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems

+ Basic understanding of payroll processes and policies

+ Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
