The Customer and Supply Operations Manager will oversee both customer service and purchasing functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of client satisfaction. This role manages a team of six and requires a professional who can balance leadership with hands on operational oversight.

You will work closely with leadership to streamline processes, improve communication, and maintain strong follow through across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and capable of creating structure while supporting a collaborative, high performing team environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the customer service and purchasing teams

• Ensure a high quality customer experience through responsive and effective service

• Oversee purchasing workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy

• Establish clear processes and accountability across the team

• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and support team development

• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity

• Maintain strong communication across departments



Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or related leadership roles required

• Proven experience managing teams and driving performance

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• Calm, professional leadership style with strong follow through

• Experience in distribution, logistics, or medical supplies preferred

Salary: $100,000–$150,000/year
