Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis Metro Area

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

A growing, established home services company in the Indianapolis metro area is hiring a Customer Service & Schedule Coordinator to support daily operations and customer experience. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls while keeping schedules running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This position blends customer service with scheduling coordination. You will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests while also working closely with field technicians to ensure the day is structured efficiently. Your ability to stay ahead of scheduling needs and communicate clearly will directly impact team performance and customer satisfaction.

What We''re Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a similar service-based industry preferred
  • Strong multitasking ability with a high level of organization
  • Clear and professional communication skills over the phone and internally
  • Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Attention to detail when managing schedules and customer information
  • Experience with CRM systems, dispatch boards, or scheduling software is a plus
  • Reliable, team-focused, and able to take ownership of your role
