Customer Service and Sales Associate

Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center in Price, UT, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $16 – $24 per hour, depending on experience. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Customer Service and Sales Associate position is full-time. Team members work regular shifts with Sundays off and benefit from six paid holidays, as well as paid vacation and sick leave, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, welcoming them to the store and assisting with their automotive service needs. Each day, you will provide product recommendations, write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and occasionally transport customers in the company vehicle. You will be integral to maintaining the high standard of service and professionalism that defines our organization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES ASSOCIATE

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent typing skills (30 WPM minimum; typing test required)
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Outgoing and competitive personality
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for prolonged periods
