Salary Range: $32000.00 - $36000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
1.Answer client questions about their policies (auto, home, etc.)
2.Help customers make changes to coverage or update their information
3.Process policy renewals, payments, and basic paperwork
4.Work with insurance carriers to resolve issues
5.Explain coverage in a simple, easy-to-understand way
6.Instilling trust with clients, building relationships
Qualifications for Customer Service and Retention
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
-Ability to explain complex information in simple terms
-Ability to de-escalate customer situations
-Learning how to handle cancellations or I want to shop around conversations
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to cross-sell or round out accounts (bundling policies, adding coverage)
-Comfortable with email, data entry, and multitasking
-Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
-Reliable, dependable and consistent
