Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the agency.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff, and take messages.
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Help manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
Provide support to the insurance agents and staff as needed.
Learn about the insurance industry through observation and direct involvement.
Telemarketing Duties
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
