Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Service Ambassador will

• Conduct direct sales presentations to residential customers to secure new accounts.
• Facilitate the full sales process from first greeting to final contract.
• Drive market expansion by consistently closing sales and meeting weekly targets.
• Coordinate with customers to align fiber products with their specific lifestyle.
• Maintain a "service-first" sales mentality to foster trust and referrals.
• Strategically follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Monitor territory trends to position Lumen as the premier local choice.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine relationship-based sales techniques.

The Customer Service Ambassador must have:

• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume client list.
• Ability to explain technical products in a relatable and easy way.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
