Salary Range: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
Provide information about insurance policies, coverage, and billing.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, updates, and processing payments.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and find satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
