Brief Job Description:
Duties: Receives and processes incoming switchboard calls. •80% Answers and transfers incoming internal and external calls. •10% Responsible for maintaining departmental reports. •5% Assists department with mailings. •5% Trains new employees.

Preferred Software and Other Tools: Working knowledge of switchboard equipment. Work Environment: Typical office environment. High School Diploma or equivalent Required Work Experience: No previous work experience is required. Preferred Work Experience: 1 year of switchboard experience.
