Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support daily operations remotely. This role involves managing customer communications, scheduling services, and handling administrative tasks. It is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Maintain and update customer records, service logs, and internal systems
Prepare invoices, quotes, and basic reports
Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction
Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
