Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Type: Full-Time, Fully on-site

Salary: $50,000 - $56,000 annually

About the Role

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator / Order Management Coordinator to support customer order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics administration. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and tracked from receipt through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, customer service, order entry, logistics coordination, or supply chain support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and timely.
  • Create and manage sales orders for production and fulfillment.
  • Upload and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation within company systems.
  • Update freight and shipping information to support accurate order tracking.
  • Process and track incoming inventory receipts.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, order templates, and customer records.
  • Work within customer portals to manage documentation and order requirements.
  • Support order administration activities, including order revisions, splits, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with customer service, production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor order status and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Process large and complex sales orders that may include 100+ line items.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Administrative support, customer service, or order processing experience.
  • Experience entering and managing purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Data entry and documentation management experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of email and customer communications.

Preferred Experience

  • Supply chain, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing support experience.
  • Experience working with customer portals and order management systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Purchase order processing and order management experience.
  • Documentation and records management.
  • Ability to handle large, complex orders and adjust as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond quickly to customer and internal requests.

Pay Details: $24.50 to $27.50 per hour
