Our client, a large retail company, is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team. This opportunity is a temporary-only engagement. Position Overview:
A qualified candidate is sought for the After Sales Service Department to perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reception duties, mailer preparation, and shipping. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Administrator role will have prior experience in related tasks, proficiency with Microsoft Windows, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and forward-thinking mindset are essential.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks.
