A manufacturing company in Centralia is seeking a full-time Customer Service Account Specialist. An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in Manufacturing, along with advanced computer skills and administrative skills.
Requires the ability to interact with and assist customers as well as fellow employees in a positive and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and handle customer accounts from beginning to end, including creating price quotes, sales orders, production orders, and freight quotes; following up on phone/email inquiries; processing returns and credits; and assisting Sales Reps as needed.
- Learn Products to better serve customers.
- Ability to read, interpret, follow, and respond to written and verbal customer inquiries/requests in a professional manner.
- Basic math knowledge is required (percentage, division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction).
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Requires 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Advance typing and 10 Key skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook & Excel) and other applications
- Sage 100 experience preferred, not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Time Management is a must for success in this position.
