Job Responsibilities --------------------

As a Customer Service Account Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Working with customers at the front counter, doing consultative sales
• Serving as the first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers
• Providing detailed communications via email, phone, and in person
• Meeting sales targets monthly and annually
• Scheduling appointments as needed
• Direct experience in a sign company and particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise would be a plus

Compensation -------------

• Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
