Remote after training
We are actively building a strong pipeline for an upcoming project in the Dental Insurance domain. This is an active role with immediate visibility.
Training & Nesting Schedule:
9/22 – 10/24: Training (Mon–Thu onsite | Fri virtual)
10/27 – 11/14: Nesting (continuation of training)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Role transitions to remote after successful training
Important Request:
Candidates are kindly expected to attend all training sessions. As this training is essential for success in the role, time off during this period will not be approved. We appreciate your understanding and commitment.
Work Schedule (Post Training):
Rotational shifts between 8 AM – 11 PM (Mon–Fri)
Final shift assigned based on business needs
Requirements (Brief):
1+ year of customer service experience (call center / retail / restaurant)
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
