Customer Sales Associate

Global Star is currently hiring Customer Sales Associates in Birmingham,AL to represent our clients wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. Our team works directly with customers to provide personalized consultations and recommend the best connectivity solutions for their needs. This is an on-site sales position in our Birmingham, AL office, where you will interact with customers, educate them on our clients products, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and local businesses to understand their needs and recommend  wireless, internet, streaming, and Smart Home services.
• Conduct one-on-one sales consultations to help customers choose the best plans and products.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries while providing professional support and product guidance.
• Educate customers on clients promotions, service plans, and device options.
• Process new customer accounts, upgrades, and service changes accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales and outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to our Birmingham,AL office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, account management, or call center environments is a plus but not required
• Interest in learning about wireless technology, telecommunications, and digital home services
