Job Summary:
As a State Farm Service Representative, you will serve as a primary contact for customers, assisting with policy inquiries, endorsements, claims follow-up, and basic product information. You will work closely with agents and customers to ensure timely and accurate service, helping to maintain strong client relationships and support business retention.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, claims, and endorsements.
  • Provide accurate information about State Farm products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues and service requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to support sales efforts by referring potential leads to agents.
  • Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:


  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and terminology is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
