Responsibilities:
Write and send handwritten cards to customers for relationship building and retention
Schedule appointments for producers via text and follow up as needed
Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations
Support the team in maintaining consistent communication with clients
Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience
