Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead our client retention efforts. You will manage a remote team focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to reduce policy cancellations and increase satisfaction. This role offers a 100% commission-based compensation model, ideal for a performance-driven leader who values flexibility and results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a remote team dedicated to customer retention and satisfaction

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce policy cancellations and increase client loyalty

  • Conduct policy reviews and value-based conversations with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management
