Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead efforts in maintaining and strengthening client relationships. This remote, 100% commission-based role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about client satisfaction. You’ll oversee a team dedicated to supporting policyholders, minimizing cancellations, and ensuring long-term protection for families.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team focused on client retention and relationship management

  • Develop strategies to reduce policy cancellations and improve customer loyalty

  • Conduct virtual policy reviews and value-driven client check-ins

  • Handle escalated client concerns with care and professionalism

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet evolving client needs

  • Monitor team metrics and coach team members for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to deliver seamless client experiences

  • Maintain accurate client and performance records using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or customer service

  • Leadership or team management experience preferred

  • Background in insurance or financial services is a plus

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills

  • Self-motivated and organized in a remote work environment

  • Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
