Customer Relationship Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position located at 5205 University Parkway Winston-Salem, NC 27016. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, assisting clients with insurance solutions, analyzing client needs, and delivering personalized service to meet their expectations. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and fostering long-term trust with our clients.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional client experiences
• Customer Support and Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities
• Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proven ability to build and manage professional relationships
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent problemsolving and interpersonal abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency with common office software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry or in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred
• Excellent attendance and dependability are essential
• Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage
