Prime Time Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Customer Relations Support to support our Verizon FiOS campaign in Worcester, MA.The Customer Relations Support role focuses on delivering a high level of service through face-to-face client interactions while also supporting sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.


What You’ll Do as a Customer Relations Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding Verizon FiOS products and services
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient service delivery as a Customer Relations Support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
  • Support sales conversations by identifying client needs and presenting solutions
  • Maintain ongoing communication to support client satisfaction and retention as a Customer Relations Support
  • Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries in a timely and professional manner
