We are seeking a Customer Relations Supervisor to oversee our Santa Ana-based Customer Relations Center.

In this role, you will define and implement KPIs, ensure timely resolution of customer issues, and lead a team of Customer Relations Specialists through mentorship, training, and process improvements.

You will collaborate on strategy, manage staffing, defuse escalations, create policies, and work with IT to enhance efficiency.

Requirements include 6+ years of customer service experience, 2+ years of supervisory leadership, process improvement skills, and proficiency with CRM systems. Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.

This full-time, in-office shift (M-F, 2:30pm-11pm) offers benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and flexible hours.
