Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with Spanish speaking customers as needed.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to Spanish speaking customers regarding products, services, and orders
- Assist Spanish speaking customers with troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and finding appropriate solutions
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Document and update customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
