What You’ll Do:


  • Be the first friendly face (or voice) our customers connect with—whether that’s answering questions, solving problems, or just making someone’s day better.
  • Juggle phone calls, emails, and in-person chats with ease—like a customer-care ninja.
  • Keep track of customer needs and follow up so they know we’re always in their corner.
  • Translate “insurance talk” into “real-people talk” so customers feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
